The JentonAriana automatic Converging/Conveyor Machine, PackLeader, BCS Range, is designed to take multi-lanes of fresh food packed products, reduce and channelise them to a single lane .
The PackLeader BCS is the most economic solution for converging a thermoformed batch of packs into a single line.
The PackLeader BCS features:

Autotester
|
The JentonAriana Autotester is a seal testing channelising machine -
a non-destructive seal integrity tester and gas volume tester for thermoformed packs, suitable for Controlled Atmosphere Packaging (C.A.P) and Modified Atmosphere Packaging (M.A.P.), ready meal packs etc. from a thermoformer, tray sealer or flow wrapper.
Leaking packs are rejected into a standard bin and good packs are converged into a single lane.
The JentonAriana test system subjects each pack to the longest possible test time in order to identify and reject leaking packs.
