Automatic Converging System

The Jenton-Ariana Converging Machine is designed to take multi-lanes of fresh food packed products and reduce them to a single lane. The converger can be integrated into production lines between a thermoforming machine or tray sealer (upstream) and a metal detector, checkweigher/ weigh price-labeller and Ariana end-of-line pack collator (downstream). The converger is capable of handling a variety of pack types, at speeds of up to 160 packs per minute.

Main food applications include red meat, cheese, poultry, fish and fresh produce.

Automatic Seal Integrity Testing and Converging Machine

This Seal Testing Machine is a non-destructive leakage and gas volume tester for C.A.P, M.A.P fresh food ready meal packs, fresh produce etc. from a tray sealer or flow wrapper with minimum clear gas space above the product.

Leaking packs are rejected into a standard bin within a lockable enclosure with good packs past out in a single lane.

The Jenton-Ariana seal tester system subjects each pack to the longest possible test time in order to identify and reject leaking packs.
