AUTOSTACKER - Automatic Pack Collator - Stacker
|
|
|
The JentonAriana Pack Collator-Stacker automatically stacks weighed and labelled packs up to a maximum height of 150mm. The system can be placed just prior to your manual or automatic packing operation, to form part of an automatic ‘end of line’ packaging system. The collator is capable of handling a variety of pack types, at speeds of up to 120 packs per minute.
Main applications include red meat, cheese, poultry, fish and fresh produce.

ARI-MATIC Indexing Conveyor

JentonAriana has developed the Ari-Matic, a new flighted indexing belt, featuring Vari-Flight indexing which has the ability to change the gap between flights whilst maintaining a constant indexing pitch. Operator push-button control will change the gap between flights either when the conveyor is static or, if required, the adjustment can be made whilst running.
