The Autopad machine is a solution for Fresh Food Thermoformer / Thermoformed Pack and automatically places pre-cut absorbent "Peach Pads" into pre-formed trays on a thermoformer system and can be easily changed between lane configurations. Spare magazines can also be supplied for different pad sizes. Double row placing is an option.

The Autopad was JentonAriana's first machine introduced to automate the fresh food thermoformed packaging industry. It is an efficient and hygienic method to pick and place absorbent pads and is easily fitted to all thermoformers.

The JentonAriana Pad Placer automatically feeds from a roll, cuts and places absorbent "Peach Pads" into pre-formed trays on a thermoformer or tray sealer up to 150 packs/min. Easily changed between lane configurations and any length of pad. Capable of multi-row and deep pod placing.

Main applications include red meat, cheese, poultry, fish and fresh produce. Options include - free-standing units for placement over preformed tray conveyor lines, Dri-loc™ and moisture barrier webs.

Automatic Padding and Base Labelling Machine

A complete system for labelling and padding trays with automatic denesting, labelling, spraying adhesive, apply a pad from a roll and re-stacking up to 100 trays per minute in a twin lane format.

The pad options include Dri-Loc, black or white and most absorbent pad papers.

The tray options include polystyrene, all colours, plastic and polyethylene.

The ARIPAD 1750 series tray padding machine is available in single or twin (duplex) lane versions, resulting in either a high-speed, high volume machine that is easy to size change.

The machine feeds the trays from a stack, jets hot or cold melt glue and carefully measures or detects the cutting position at high speed for the pad material. Depending on the type of pad material the machine will either detect the correct length or pre-measure from a reel. The machine then gently and accurately places it in the tray which are then restacked and batch counted. Each stage of the operation is monitored closely, and if there is no tray then no glue or pad is applied.

Because the pad placing mechanism is a continuous motion process the pad material is placed accurately and consistently at all times.

All functions can be altered easily, such as batch count no. or glue time and pad length.

All operator functions are user friendly, resulting in quick and easy size changes being made. The machine functions are all controlled using the latest PLC technology with access panel to allow the operator to change the settings with ease.
